Title of talk: Follow your heart - From zero to respectable organic family farming and jam production
Pioneers of organic fig farming in Croatia since 2003. Sandra and Alan lived in the capital of Croatia and decided to move to dalmatian village. Since then, they planted fig orchards and started producing organic - one ingredient only - jam. On SINJORINA SMOKVA (Mademoiselle Figue) farm they breed authentic dalmatian animals such as donkeys, dalmatian pony bušak, sheep, cows.
