Join us for this comprehensive purification ceremony (physical, mental, spiritual) and a powerful experience of self-knowledge from the ancestral worldview of Mexico.

The Temazcalli (steam house) is a heritage ancestral worldview, philosophy and traditional medicine of Cem Anáhuac. It has had different names among the native cultures of the American continent, but it has always been used for ceremonial, medicinal, spiritual and therapeutic purposes. This ceremony represents a journey of rebirth within the womb of the Mother Earth, where you enter to heal and purify at a holistic level through sweating and tea herbal infusions, ancestral Toltec wisdom and I sing medicine.

Please wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. We will enter the sweat lodge at 10:30am with the ceremony starting at 10am. All ages are welcome.
