In these 2-3 hours we will go through the most common Knife Attacks and of course how to deflect them, in the most effective way. Based on the Work of Trevor from Fightsmart (Youtube Channel) who analyzed thousands of CCTV Footage Videos & is himself a Martial Artist. It will be a combination of Theory & Practice.
