Confluence 2026 – A Celebration of Health, Freedom, and Coherence

Confluence is an annual festival in celebration of health, freedom, and coherence, where a heart-based health and freedom community comes together to learn, connect, and build the future our hearts know is possible.

Held on Sovereignty Ranch, a 200-acre regenerative farm just outside of San Antonio in Bandera, Texas, Confluence blends the best elements of a traditional conference, a farmer’s market, a wellness retreat, and a music festival into one immersive, community-centered experience.

This year, over 1,000 people will gather for workshops, lectures, and live music across multiple stages, curating their own unique CYOA (Choose Your Own Adventure) experience. Topics range from human design and natural birthing to fermentation, permaculture, consciousness, and off-grid living.

All food is grown or raised on-site or sourced from local farms and prepared by professional chefs in a full-scale on-site restaurant, creating a truly nourishing farm-to-table experience. Attendees can stay in camping, glamping, tiny homes, RV sites, or nearby hotels, and families are warmly welcomed through our unschooling village for children and teens.
