Did you know that Epstein’s health advisors were trying to get him on a low-carb diet to “reduce his heart disease risk”...but he wasn’t having it because he was convinced it would make him dumber?
When the Epstein Files dropped, Anarchapulco 2026 presenter Christian Yordanov dug into some health-related communications out of interest.
It looks like the “experts” Epstein was talking to wanted to get him on a statin and low-carb diet to “help” him with his longevity… (Or maybe they were trying to mess him up real good and were the good guys working on the inside? Yeah, right…)
Below is one of the emails Christian saw:

Over the past decade low-carb Paleo, keto, and carnivore diets have gained a ton of popularity.
We’re told that carbohydrates are inflammatory, fattening, and cause diabetes and cancer.
Christian showed in his Anarchapulco talk that these are false claims pushed to the mainstream and alternative mainstream. (Wait till you learn that researchers use a high-fat diet to make lab rats diabetic!…it blows everyone’s mind.)
And what many health experts and most people don't yet understand is that long-term carbohydrate restriction may actually be aging you faster, tanking your hormones, and forcing your body into a state of chronic stress that accelerates disease.
That’s not to say that going from a crappy diet of grains, seed oils, and “glorified toxic slop” to a carnivore or keto diet won’t make most people feel better for some time. (And yes, there are always exceptions, but Christian looks for what works for most people, not just for young/fit/healthy people or health influencers that spend all day looking after themselves because it’s their job.)
The problem is, as with fasting, that the negative effects of these diets take time to manifest.
And when they do, people start thinking it’s the chemtrails, or the EMFs, or mold, or evil spirits that are messing them up… And that they need to do heavy metal detox, parasite cleanses, or get their shaman to smudge them…
When what often happens is the body starts breaking down from the chronic stress state of these diets (often coupled with other harmful stuff like fasting or cold plunges).
Christian has seen this with many of his clients who thought a low-carb diet was the answer to their weight challenges, inflammation, and other health problems.
They often come to him fatigued, with low libido, terrible sleep, brain fog, and otherwise living as a shadow of their true potential.
They felt better for a while, but started regressing again…
Why would that be?
- Your brain needs glucose. (A lot of it)
- Your red blood cells cannot function without it.
- Testicles and ovaries use it to make sex hormones and sperm in men.
- Low glucose availability shuts down fertility. (Depopulation agenda, anyone?)
- Restricting carbohydrates signals starvation to the body (that’s why people go into ketosis–the body thinks it is starving…)
- Low carb diets decrease testosterone levels in men.
- Low carb diets increase cortisol levels (which leads to irritability, bad sleep, and is a causal factor in almost all diseases you can think of)
How in the holy heck is restricting carbohydrates supposed to be good for health and longevity in the long term?
Look at the Inuit people for example: They are a prime example of what a low-carbohydrate diet does. Their life expectancy is 10-15 years lower than their closest neighbors. (Christian delves into these nuances in his book, How to Actually Live Longer, Vol.1)
Now, Christian does not recommend eating grains or processed sugar, of course.
But this carb-phobia is hurting people. And it’s a slow, insidious process.
