| Description of talk: Using heart, or heart brain coherence as a tool to combat experiencing the emotions of fear, survival, or lack. Hard times can bring on these low vibrational emotions, which in turn trigger the body to produce survival chemicals like cortisol or adrenaline. While in acute situations we want this reaction to protect, or fight. But constant survival reactions or fear can become unserving. We can flip the switch with thought alone, to gain a more conscious and coherent state when dealing with hard times. |
