Join us for an hour of Qi Gong on the beach! Qi Gong loosely translates as "energy work". Practiced daily by millions, Qi Gong is similar to Tai Chi and helps cultivate Qi thereby helping with overall mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. No experience required. I will guide you through the form. This is a great way to center yourself and start your day!
