The five pillars of health is my complete system for balancing the body, mind, and soul. We harness the fundamental forces of light/magnetism, water, air, and movement, anchoring them upon the bedrock of the emotional and spiritual to provide a strong foundation. These first principles of health will affect everything downstream in your life. To put this framework into practice, we must first identify and eliminate the detrimental elements in our modern environment that are making us weak. Then we can reintroduce elements from nature that increase our resilience. Regardless of your background, you are bound by the laws of nature and not the latest health fad.
