This very limited gathering brings together select members of the Anarchapulco community, speakers, and guests for exceptional cuisine, meaningful discussions, and elevated connection.

Set in a high-class yet relaxed atmosphere, the evening is designed for thoughtful conversations, genuine mingling, and good vibes among those exploring what it truly means to live autonomously.

Beginning at 7:30 PM, the setting is thoughtfully designed to balance sophistication and comfort, encouraging open conversation and genuine connection.

What to Expect?

• Venue: ICÚ Restaurant, an acclaimed culinary destination in Puerto Vallarta, offering a sophisticated and intimate setting.
• Special Guests: Jeff Berwick, Additional key Anarchapulco speakers to be announced soon
• Menu: A carefully curated five-course fine-dining experience, with premium wine pairing or alternative drinks included, hosted by Chef Mauricio Leal.
  Chef Mauricio Leal began his culinary career at Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta, trained at the prestigious Grégoire-Ferrandi in Paris, and worked at La Closerie des Lilas. After returning to Mexico, he joined the Four Seasons Punta Mita banquet team, co-founded Personal Chef, and opened ICÚ in 2017, where he continues to craft Mexican cuisine in his own distinctive style.
