Turkic Combat Archery Workshop
February 11 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm$50
Cesar and Cabra are organizing a special Combat Archery Workshop Archery.
As many of you know, archery is an essential survival skill, a must. Especially for dissidents of the greater state, and here you will be able to initiate yourself on this deadly discipline, which works for both hunting and, in the possibility of an exceptional situation, self-defense.
The skills learned within archery will boost your ability to shoot firearms, as they both obey similar cognitive and biomechanic mechanisms to operate.
We are planning a full week of in-depth initiation to the art and training.
Anyone older than 15 is welcome.
Turkic archery is an ancient combat tradition from Central Asia, the land of the Huns, the Turks, and the Mongols, that has been revived in the last half century to become one of the most popular archery disciplines in the world.
It is a powerful discipline, perhaps one of the most effective ways to use the bow and arrow.
Initially developed for horseback, the characteristics of the bow make it extremely versatile: relatively short and terribly powerful.
Cesar and Cabra have been practicing this discipline for almost ten years and are now offering a small workshop for the Agoraforko. Originally from Michoacán, Cabra learned his skills online and has won several tournaments within Mexico. Coming from a Japanese martial arts background it was easy for him to understand the mechanics of this type of archery and apply his sharp intuition in the use of the bow.
Cesar, born in Acapulco, has had experience in all sorts of archery. From Olympic recurves, to compound and Traditional Western Archery. At some point, he discovered the Turkic tradition and mastered it through the years. He has several ongoing archery workshops within the city of Acapulco and a Youtube Channel called T&Y Archery, currently available in Spanish.
So, don't hesitate to join us.
