Invitation to a Men's and Women's Circle & Ecstatic Dance
Beautiful Souls,
You are invited to my upcoming cacao-sharing ecstatic dance circle, a sacred space of brotherhood and sisterhood, self-expression, and healing.
This gathering explores intentional movement medicine through ecstatic dance—an opportunity to connect with your inner masculine & feminine essence, free from judgment and expectations. In the dance, there are no right or wrong moves. Dance with wild abandon or slowly, and see the tapestry of your authentic self unfolding.
Cacao is a plant medicine and heart-opener. I'll serve a shot glass of strong, unsweetened, special cacao brew from Costa Rica to every participant, so RSVP. You can share your heart or keep it to yourself. No topic is too small or profound, and your presence alone will benefit from my healing energies. Following the short cacao ceremony, we dance! The space will be crafted for you to express your thoughts, feelings, and dreams through movement. There'll be an opportunity to share your experience at the end.
Women and men from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome. It is in our diversity that we find strength, and in our unity, we discover the power of collective healing.
What to Expect:
- Receive your cacao shot 8 pm: Allow this medicine to guide you toward self-discovery and transformation.
- Ecstatic Dance 8:15 - 9:15 pm: Dive into the liberating world of movement without boundaries.
- Sharing Circle 9:20 - 10:10 pm: Connect with like-hearted men and women and share your experience.
Please arrive before 8:20 p.m. I will not keep the door open after that to keep the dance space healing and safe.
Come as you are- no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
