YOGA-BREATHWORK-ICE BATH with Carlos Gomez
This workshop has been designed to be a full body/mind/soul tune up. With 17 years of experience teaching yoga, breath work and cold/heat shock therapy I've created this 90 min workshop in which we will utilize 3 powerful tools to help you feel better than ever:
START with an anti inflammatory shot (Lime, turmeric, ginger, honey), introductions and brief explanation of the experience.
STEP 1 YOGA 25 min sequence to stimulate all major muscle groups and joints while focusing on proper breathing. Beginners as well as seasoned practitioners welcome. The increased oxygenation and blood-flow are they key to physical health. Connecting with your body is key to your well being. Beyond the workshop I will teach you simple tools to use daily and cultivate better physical health.
STEP 2 BREATHWORK Breathing nourishes the body and focuses the mind. This specific 15 minute exercise will boost your lung capacity, teach the basics of heart/lungs control, and most important initiate us on the path of embracing discomfort which is crucial for growth in ALL areas of life.
Step 3 ICE BATH Reboot your mind and body with the cold shock response. SURVIVAL MODE: All systems go! All BS gets tossed out!! Be 100% present!!! KNOW THYSELF.
Connect with your primal nature and link it to your most important goals to achieve a life full of HAPPINESS, HEALTH AND STRENGTH. We think too much and feel too little. The goal is to restore a healthy balance between listening to our mind as much as our heart. This is the true superpower Wim Hof ICEMAN teaches us through his method.
What do I bring with me? CLOTHING: Workout clothes for yoga and swimsuit for the ice bath. EXTRAS: towel, water bottle, yoga mat (if you don't have one, we will provide it).
Nervous: This is a workshop for growth and healing. We are all different, we each have our own path. Myself as well as the group will support through it but NEVER pressure you to go beyond where you decide to go. Lets have fun and grow together!
HEALTH CONCERNS: If you are or believe you might be pregnant it's best to avoid the ICE BATH unless you have plenty of previous experience. Have more questions? Call me US 210 429 4136 or MEX 55 2240 9715
